I just got my MCAT and I’m so disappointed and now I don’t know if I should submit my all tonight. DO wasn’t in my plans

cGPA - 3.80 —> 4.0 junior and senior year
MCAT - 507 (126/124/127/129) FL average 513. Usually cars is 126 and all other sections are 129.

ECs:
Clinical: Medical Scribe complex derm (2,000 hrs + future hours in gap year)

Clinical Volunteering: ER Volunteer (50 hrs)

Shadowing + future hours in gap
- Trauma/General Surgery (60 hrs)
- Radiology (15 hrs + future hours)
- Orthopedic Surgery (10 hrs)

Non-Clinical Volunteering
- High School Chemistry tutor, 80% school population is low socioeconomic status / medically underserved groups (50 hrs)
- Organizing medically tailored meals for those with chronic illnesses, most are low-income (100 hrs + future hours in gap year)

Research:
- Bioinformatics OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine (1,500 hrs)
- Bioinformatics Allergy and Immunology (1,500 + future hours in gap year)

Leadership
- Director of External Affairs of Alzheimer’s Club (400 hours)
- Club Volleyball Organizer and team member (500 hours)
- Lead Hostess (1,150 hrs)

You should always have DO in your plans until you get your scores.

At the least, get your hours with making meals for the chronically ill up to 150 minimum for service orientation activities.

I just warn you based on probabilities.

Your clinical experience also does not seem to include much primary care.

I would say you may want to consider waiting unless you want to "shoot your shot" at the risk of reapplying next year. I'll defer to other experts.
