Please Help with Application Questions

Hi all,

Please help my two questions answered.
1. I am going to apply next year, summer of 2016. For recommendation letters, Do I attached it to my application on ADA websites? or they will send a link to my professor's email's and have them attached the recommendation letter themselves?

2. The grading system at my institution is plus and minus. If I made A+ or A-, do ADA count them as they are or will be regular A?

1. You enter your letter writers into AADSAS and it will send them an email directing them to upload it.

2. Multiple GPAs are calculated including one with +/-'s and another without +/-'s entirely.
