i want to apply to private dental schools for 2007 cycle as an international student. what gpa and dat scores must i have to be competitive? i will have 88 credits by summer 2006 and i can finish my bachelor before spring 2007. my gpa will be 3.5 or higher and i am planning to take the dat in the summer. please tell me the competitive stats for the dds program.

each school is different. contact the schools you want to attend and ask about the stats of the incoming students (both international and us citizens). or you can look up this info on the website of the particular school.

i tried. udm didn't send me the stats. i know one student got in with 3.2 gpa and 22dat. that is all i know so far.
