from what i can remember, you might need a username and password to access the webstar 2ndary for nova, which they send you in an email (after you're verified). i just don't remember if it's a generic one at first, and then you customize it. anyone else remember?

I think you just have to create a new account from what I remember. There was something where you had to have a username and password; I can't remember what.

Also, for UNECOM, I remember the instructions saying not to pass the login page of the supplemental without being formally asked to do so, by email if I remember correctly.
