My dentist wants me to show her a recommendation sample since she has never written any LOR. So, I am wondering if anyone has a sample. I would greatly appreciate your help.

What a great opportunity. All you need to do is personally write a great LOR, throw some fake names on it and then let the dentist get a feel that way. If that doesn't work, send me 50 bucks and I'll write a great sample for you. 🙂
