i have double 99 but i fail the cs and iam going to take it at october 14, my reporting period start dec 7 and all results will show up before rank time by good time , i am so confused ,when programs say deadline application at dec , this means they will not recieve any new application after dec , or mean also that if my cs result not show up before 1 dec they will exclude me ?!! plz answer me as i was going to apply tomorrow

The program application deadline is merely regarding applying to the programs.In other words , one should not apply to the programs after their deadline has passed as the application will not be reviewed and it is just wasting yur money.
But,if one has already applied before the deadline then there is no such thing that the programs will not get your CS or any other results. The programs will get your results thro' the USMLE transcript which ERAS sends.It will update the programs regarding your new score.
So,u can apply to programs tomorrow.
(I do not want to hurt u , but do improve yur english writing skills.Forgive me if u r hurt by my comment. )
