I have my passport and dental registration certificate from Indian Dental Council with my picture on it and some high school transcripts with my signature on it. I do not have any birth certificate/marriage certficates. I have the Indian Driver License, but it is in India now. How can I make this work????? Please help! Time is running out!

Any notary public?
Any Bank IDs?
Any other form of quick ID that I can get? State of Wisconsin residency id is not going to work.

Please help.

Thanks

Mahesh

what about a driver's license??call up ada and ask for their help....u will find something, all the best

They are saying it is up to the Test Administrator. I have a feeling that they will allow me with one of these docs:

1) My IDC Certificate with picture on it. But the name has an intial like R. Mahesh, but my passport says Mahesh Rajayya. I hope they are ok with it.

2) My 10th and 12th standard marksheets with my signatures on it.

3) I may get the notary public documents attesting my signature. Is this OK form of an id?

Thanks

Hi Mahesh,

You could use a credit card as your 2nd form of ID. It has to have the same name as that in the application. Alo Passport is fine but that too has to have the same name as on the part 1 application. hope this helps. Last year when i took my paper based part 1 they did not even see my ID's. Dont worry just keep cool.

I hope GOD can save me! LOL!

hey rajjaya,
u can take passport and credit cards take 2 of thm if they dont have pics. y cant u get a state id? r u on visitors visa? even thn enquire around if u can get a state id . thts the easiest to get. even with the other documents u should be fine.
just to be on the safe side u can take all thedocuments. generally passport is enough. they check ed only my passport. and during cbt they checked only my drivers liscence.

hey Rajayya,
Thay just checked our passport tho' I was prepared with my drivers lisence too...don't worry that's not much of a problem.
everything will be fine...concentrate on the exam...all the very best.

They just check your passport..Don't stress yourself unnecessarily.
All the best
