Does any one know which forms must be sent AADSAS after the application is complete? Also can some one elaborate more about the Official Transcript Matching form?

Another thing do I have to fill out the section about he names of evaluators if my premed advisor will send my LOR?S directly to the dental schools?

Transcript matching form is a form that the registrar of your college needs to attach to your official transcript when they mail your transcript to the AADSAS.

You also need to have letter of evaluation form attached to your rec letter before you (or your professor) forward the letter to AADSAS.

first of all, taaaaaaake a deep breath. I swear, the worst part is actually sending that dam aadsas application. that list for the reccommendation letters, well, you put the names of the people who are going to write you those letters, or the people that your premed advisor will the letters for. eg, if they write the letters for you and give it to the advisor, and he sends it to aadsas, you find out who those people are, and you put the names in, unless you don't know who they are? i doubt that though, i'd atleast put the name of the advisor.

just like cindy said about the transcript matching. I printed out the paper from the internet. Took it to my registrars office. I gave it to them and told them to send it with the transcript. everything went fine.

just as a small tip, this might answer your first question more clearly. I put 3 names on that reccomendars list, and the letters that were sent to aadsas were from 3 different people, not the ones that I had put on that list. no one mentioned anything. I wasn't so sure who was gonna be sending those letters, thats why, but i assumed that I might be asking those ppl...so yah, there you go, and i hope that helps. I wish you the best of luck....
