Hello, I'm new here and need some feedback. I'm on my 3rd read of FA, did Kaplan and now I'm on my 3rd week doing UWORLD. I'm averaging 58% and y have 57% undone questions. How am I doing this first round with 58% in average (unused, mixed, timed)? What tips do you have and when can I take my first NBME? I have 4 months till the exam. please, please reply!! 😳

Are there any sections you are specifically very weak on in UW? If so review those priority. Since you've already done FA 3x and kaplan, I'd say take an NBME to see where you stand, maybe one of the older ones like 6 or 7 so you don't waste a newer one.
