I would also keep Michigan on your list. I suggesting removing VCU. Here are the average numbers for last application cycle:

Obviously, the chart is not set up to show the disparity in averages between in state vs out of state applicants that are accepted to state schools. The out of state applicants that get accepted for the few spots available often, not always of course, have higher averages than the in state applicants. I would also suggest you put LECOM on your list.
