Please recommend review papers for neuro!

Hi All,

First time poster; I'm a CC3 (ALMOST done third year thankfully), very much hoping to match to neurology. I have Patten's DDx in Neurology and have read it through, but I notice it doesn't cover everything, and while EXCELLENT, is 15 years out of date.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend, useful review articles about anything in neurology (Stroke, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders) aimed at the fourth year med student/ PGY1 level.

Please feel free to turn this into a thread where higher up residents recommend papers for each other, rather than us all searching individually!

You should probably know this one:

The problem is, if you're looking for neurology articles, and you want accurate, up to date information, you'll get articles that only cover one topic. I have an article on 'Diagnosis and Management of Epilepsy' but it's from 2003 and is a bit outdated, although more comprehensive. What are you looking for exactly?
