Please share your experience: CBSE vs. Step 1

Hey all

I am looking for the most efficient and the best way to study for the CBSE exam. I understand that most people do not specifically study for CBSE per se, but for those of you who have taken both CBSE and the Step 1's, could you please share your experience on both tests and perhaps some strategies to take in studying for the CBSE?

I am thinking of doing the First Aid and QBank. Would you recommend anything else?

Pathoma + FA + Uworld should be gold. I got a 99 (260+) on the cbse and have yet to get my step 1 results, but I felt roughly the same walking out of both (fair number of gimmes and a number of questions I couldn't be 100% about).
