If you're a DO and taking the usmle it may be worth going through some of the chapters in the Savarase green book before hand. I had two questions I could probably have gotten correct had I read it on clinical anatomy and some of the msk tests they taught us first year.

But overall, it's very low yield. I had two questions on my test.
 
For my exam, UW and FA were not sufficient - that is, there were anatomy questions that could not be found in either source. That doesnt mean you should venture out of those 2 sources for just a few more Qs that you might be able to reason out based on your anatomy knowledge from class.
