Pleassse help- How to create box plot?

I'm losing my mind. I can't figure out how to create a boxplot for a research project I'm doing. My mentor doesn't know how either. If googled it for hours, and downloaded an Excel Macro but it didn't work.

I see boxplots in papers all of the time. Where are people creating these?

Any help would be verrrryyyy appreciated.

minitab you can get the trial version....i think you just paste your data in a column then go to graphs box-plot and boom u got a boxplot
