Hi Everyone,
Good luck to all those who are still struggling and my best wishes and congratulations to all those who have been accepted.
I was interviewed at bu on 18th oct this year. I have 90 in part 1 and good gpa nd toefl scores. But for some reason I have not heard from them. I read on sdn that this year many people with 90 and some with 89 have got in.
I wanted to know if a late answer from bu means a waitlist or can i hope for acceptance too.
I have not been interviewed anywhere else , really donot know what to do now, its my ssecond year applying.
I have moved to USA now and I am looking for a dental assistant job.
Pls guys if anyone has any idea if bu will send acceptance late also , or it just means a rejection or a waitlist is on the way

You can call BU and ask them - might be an option?

How many universites have you applied to?

I applied at various places but was interviewed at one place only.
Also I tried calling them but they donot entertain such calls.

Can anyone please tell me if they know of any person who was accepted after a long gap.

Please answer guys.

i know many persons who were accepted after a long gap. BU does not sends any rejection or waitlisted letter if u have not heard from the school just mail them and ask once and i am sure u must have been kept on waiting. As for ur stats they are good and i feel there must be something else like ur GPA or SOP something somewhere u need to look back into why u didnt got a call.

I m in the same boat i have ndbe scores of 92/86 was interviewed at BU on 26sep and still waiting to hear from them. i mailed them and all they said is to be patient and wait... only god knows when this wait is going to be over.😕😕

You have such good scores, I guess we are in the same boat , but I did not get this email, I have maied mr kahan but no response. When did you mail them and when did they answer you back? I donot understand why they are not selecting us , when we need to be at bu, they are selected those candidates who are accepted at other places also and are leaving bu

I hv 89 new/ 3.85 / 263 n was interviewd on 8 nov. I hv not heard from them. I talkd to Tobias Kahan on phone. He said " it may take even more than a month to hear from them. U are already interviwed that means u are higher in the list of candidates. U hv to be littel patient. 'Not hearing' from us early does not mean that ur admission is declined.The applications are under review with Dr Asheryi"

hi , i'm sorry to tell u this but from what i have heard ...... if u donot hear from them it means u are on the waitlist.......after afew months of making u wait they will send u a waitlist letter....i'm in the same situation too....anyways goodluck to u

I called again today. Toby checked my status. It is still under review. He said I might hav to wait for january also. I dont know what to say. Why are so many people stranded at BU ?
