how possible is it to scramble for a transitional year spot? Or do basically all of those programs fill via the match? I am applying for PM&R programs, and feel good about my chances for matching for PM&R. I am concerned though about matching for the transitional year, and I am wondering what can happen if I don't match for that year. I could basically go anywhere for that year, but I would prefer to stay midwest or west coast.
