PMQ Survey, does it affect admission's process?

So I am filling out my PMQ survey, (the one they send you before you take the MCAT) and I start worrying that maybe they will share this information with the medical schools I apply to.

Does the PMQ survey affect your admissions chances in any way? Should I just skip it?

I have no idea what survey this is. What does it ask?

Socioeconomic status may become a factor, if that's even asked about, but I doubt AAMC shares that with the schools.
