case western - they do offer it, but when i interviewed there, they really didn't act like they were offering any spots or even seem enthusiastic about it (there was one guy from my school who was interviewing for it). also, the residents there said to stay away from that particular PMR/IM program. i wasn't interested and didn't ask any more questions so i'm not really sure why.
