No real rankings exist, outside of the top usnews rehab hospitals- though that list isn't about residency programs.
There have been some posts on this forum over the last few years that attempt to rank the programs... you can search for these. It's hard to say (and who cares) who is number 1 through 20 in order, but there are lists of programs in these threads that are typically considered among the better programs.
