Couple other things related to this, that I am trying to recall:
-They will ask what is the difference between the pneumococcal vaccine given to a child and to the elderly; the child one has a more potent effect on T and B cells (World Q)
-The vaccine works only by protecting you from the capsule of the pneumococcal bug, if the strain does not have a capsule, it's going to be virulent in your body, they use the term "nontypable" strains (World Q)
