Does anyone know if molecules like BaF2, MgF2, and MgCl2 are polar? They are all ionic and have great electronegativity differences however, I am confused since MgF2 and BaF2 are insoluble even though there is a great difference in electronegativity and MgCl2 is soluble.

Ionic compounds are usually polar based on the reason you stated, but that doesn't make it always soluble in water. Solubility rules state that salts of Cl- are soluble except in Ag+, Pb2+, and Hg22+. For fluoride, alkaline and NH4+ salts are soluble. If you look at a list Ksp values, you will see salts of fluoride have very very small values.
