POLL: OChem lab questions on DAT

Does anyone know how to set up a poll for the how many ochem lab questions on DAT? And where is the best source to learn about IR, Carbon 13 NMR. I looked at the kaplan book and it only tells you certain peaks for functional groups. I know how to determine splitting already. What else do you need to know? Thanks
