Hi all,
I am very impressed with USN and USC and am torn between the two. Both are great schools with excellent programs. Costs b/w the two is very similiar. I understand that currently government subsidized loarns are not yet availble. However,USN is a 3 year accelerated program, so that will allow me to save me some money. Also because I am older, an accelerated program is very appleaing. Both programs offer hands on pharmacy experience for P1 and both have a good reputation. USC have 100 year experience and USN is still relatively new. I live in Northern California and what concerns me most about USN is whether attending USN would me make me less competitive after I graduate? If I went to USN and wanted to continue with residency in Northern California, would it be harder to find a good one than if I went to USC? Also, would it put me in a disadvantage when it comes to passing the California boards(CPJE). Would
any of this matter if I went into retail??

Any help is appreciated!! Thanks
Which one would you pick??

Why aren't they available? I thought USN was already accredited. Is this a really bad thing?

USN is accredited by the ACPE which allows its students to get private loans but it needs accreditation from an regional agency for its students to get federal loans.

If you are torn in the middle, choose the type of environment that you see yourself living in for the next few years.... S.Cal isnt as hot as vegas.... 😀
