I just took the DAT....and did pretty bad..im afraid to apply this cycle. The earliest I could now have new dat scores in if a re-take it would be late september. Is that too late? I just dont know if its worth spending all that money to send out applications to only have schools not look at my application because they dont have my dat score until october.

plus i dont know if i would be ready to retake them by mid september...ahh!!!! i dont know what im gonna do!!

Can you leave out your DAT completely for now, and fill it in in September when you'll have a better score? Good luck 🙁

i dont know!? Anyone??

If i were you, go ahead and put in your DAT score on your application...the catch is to call all the schools you are interested in and tell them that your NEW DAT score will come in September. That being said, bust your behind for the next 3 months and study like crazy to pull it up. Having everything in by september/october is not that late. You will probably get november or December interview dates. I took my DAT last year in late August and didn't submit everything in till like beginning october and still had some pre-december interviews. Don't worry too much about being late, just make sure the next DAT score kick some butt!

what scores did you get

basically 17s all around
