For a school that does not require the PCAT (if you went to there for undergrad), will they still look at your score? So if you do poorly, it will affect your app then?

Most schools that don't require the PCAT still say that PCAT scores are looked at favorably, so they might deny it hurts your chances but common sense says that if you did really bad, it hurts you.

Just don't submit your scores to the school when you have a bad score. But if you have already submitted your scores, then I can't help you. Just try to improve your score in this upcoming October

If they don't require PharmCAS, then they won't even look at your PCAT score.

There are also some schools who do use PharmCAS that don't look at the PCAT score regardless (california schools come to mind). However, even if they say they don't consider it, if someone is looking over your pharmcas application and happens to see a sub-par PCAT score, it is highly likely that it will subconsciously be taken into account when you're being compared with the 30 other people with similar GPA and ECs and just happen not to have a glaringly weak PCAT.

Your best bet is just to shore up your weak points the best you can so that they are at least in the average pool.
