You're going to have a tough time getting those materials. One of the ways Canada differs from the US is that the majority of the review materials are held privately and passed down within residency programs.

The first 10 or so chapters (not the specialty-specific material) were similar to the POS exam questions.
Otherwise, maybe a current Canadian Resident will share the materials; but culturally they don't tend to.
