Tuition has already increased substantially and this letter is addressing that fact. The limits of stafford loans have not increased since 1992...this is a step in the right direction. Tuition is always going to continue to increase, but it would be good if the amount of subsidized loan money we get also increases. This just means there will be more money available that won't accrue interest while we are in school.
