Possible to do an away subinternship in March of third year?

My school has scheduled a mandatory rotation for me in blocks 1 and 2 of year 4 (June and July), which is unfortunately during peak away rotation season. I'll hopefully have some blocks free at the end of year 3 though after all my cores are done, and I'm wondering if it is possible to do subinternships at different institution in March, April, and/or May. Interested in a surgical subspecialty.
