Post-acceptance check-ups

After receiving an acceptance from a medical school, how much room would you have to slack off? Like, do they have you send in your graduating transcript? Is the background check a continuous thing? Will they randomly call your EC contacts?

It's not that I intentionally plan on screwing around, but if my schedule becomes too demanding, I may need to drop some ECs that I said I would continue until graduation in my primary.

you can drop ecs
just don't fail a class or get arrested
acceptances can be rescinded but it takes quite a bit for that to happen

Remember, remember..

It'll take a lot to rescind an acceptance. In terms of slacking off, they won't ever check up on ECs unless you give them reason to, and unless you start getting C's, D's and F's, you should be fine.
