Don't retake biochem.
Is ecology the only other upper level bio? If so, is a&p offered at your school? Ecology would work but if you have other options don't be afraid to try that route.

Why not just not take another class? Focus the extra time on shadowing, ec, volunteering, leadership, etc.

B+ doesn't justify a retake. Take something interesting. Maybe it will come up in the interview conversation. I'd suggest pole dancing if your univ offers it 😛
