Hi! My Undergrad GPA is 3.2. I want to make it up to around 3.4. Should I take the post-bac program or apply the master degree.

Only post-bacc can increase your undergrad GPA, if that is your intention. If you do master's, that will be a separate GPA from your undergrad GPA.

How ds view "post bac" courses is anyone's guess, but the distinction might not amount to a hill of beans. AADSAS has ~ 2 dozen ways they manipulate the stats to suit every dean's proclivity.
