Tried to search didn't really find anything that answered my question. Right now I am taking the courses to finish my Bachelors in Nursing while simultaneously doing my pre med (I am an RN working in the ICU for 2+ years to date). Just pointing this out i've addressed the undergraduate studies issues.

But anyways, when it is all said and done what will be calculated into my CumGPA and SciGpa? I have taken A&P's and Micro way back requirement for RN, would that be bulked together with pre med sciences to make up my science GPA?

An as far as cumulative GPA is it just going to be the rest of my classes that will pertain to my bachelors?

An what if I did decided to pursue a bachelor's in another major, just for example biology would my previous courses in nursing GPA factor in?

My understanding is that anything undergraduate will be cumulative. Even if it's post bacc, it's not separated b/c it's not graduate work. I may be wrong if it's some official post bacc.

Personally in my situation, I'm continuing on with a second bachelor's even though I will be finished with my first degree this Dec..this way I'm still eligible for financial aid and get to keep senior priority when registration comes around.

Individual med schools have the option to do anything they want with all the course data they receive from the app service.

You can get the rules for GPA categorization from the app services. Worth reading! Not kidding!

Just for AMCAS (which is different from AACOMAS & TMDSAS), they take all your college transcripts and produce the following breakdown:

Best of luck to you.
