What Massachusetts institutions offer post-bac courses that people have had success with in the past?

My ultimate goal is getting into DO school, currently at ~3.02 cGPA and ~2.9 sGPA. I recently enrolled in Harvard extension courses but I don't think I'm going to proceed. The courses seem competitive and difficult to achieve A's in. I need A's, and I don't know if HES will guarantee this.
