Hey Everyone, I've been doing some research determining which one is right for me.
1) I know that post bac is added into your undergrad GPA whereas masters is a separate GPA. I heard that if one has a bad gpa (exp:2.98) that masters are not a good choice because there are undergrad gpa cutoff for med or dental school, so they won't even look at your masters GPA. Is this true?? Therefore, if I have a bad gpa should I do a Post bacc.
2) IF most post-bac are only 1 year. The amount of credits even if you do really well, can't reaise up your overall GPA by that much can it??
3) Generally which type of programs are more cut-throat. I heard masters are less hardcore because some of these students actually pursue Phd whereas almost everyone in post bac programs are trying to get into a professional school.
4) Are there any good programs that allow all students to do pretty well, and help boost everyone's gpa?
Sorry for all the questions, but any answers would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
