so I got above where I would want to be, but about 25 points (Step 1 score) away from where I want to be

I also havent finished studying micro pharm immuno neuro neuroanat anat immuno mol bio behav and psych

but i seemed to do real well on some of the subjects i havent started studying on according to my score breakdown

so what should i do now, stick to the plan and study everything, or trust in NBME and really bone up on the things I did less impressively in?

also in terms of interpreting the exam, all my scores were in the above average pile except for respi which didnt in itself go below average, how accurate are these performance bars?

for instance i did really well in anatomy but i havent reviewed it yet
i didnt do so good on pharm but i also havent reviewed it yet
whats the next step....more qbank UW questions at random, or tailoring to a subject?

Thanks for your help

Well, you are starting out at a good place, but I think you still need to review everything, with perhaps a bit of extra emphasis on resp and whatever else you struggled with. Bear in mind that the questions on a given NBME exam are but a small cross section of what they could ask, and guessing right a couple of times is enough to move the performance bars from bad to good, so I wouldn't assume I was set based on an early test. You may be in good shape or you may have gotten lucky and gotten a lot of questions which happened to be in your wheelhouse. I would keep doing the UW questions and take another NBME in a week or so.
