Hi,
Is it legit to list intraamural basketball as a post-secondary experience? What about the pre-med honors society? The latter seems like it adds nothing to my character; would you list it?

Hey HAybrant..

How imp. was the b-ball to you? if it was super, add it. I didn't add the pre-med honor society there. i put it on my secondaries when they ask about honors and awards..

thanks for the quick response...Do all the schools ask you to list honors/awards on secondaries? Why do they ask if it is already listed on amcas? Thanks!

I put IM Sports as an EC. I have played football, basketball, and sports trivia since I've come to college, so I figure it's reasonable.

Thanks for the reply indy; Another question: I was involved in a cultural dance for which i practiced 7 hours a wk the last semester I was at school. Does that seem like a legit experience to list? Its something i had alot of fun with and enjoyed but it was only one semester.
