Anyone else finding it very difficult to move on? It has been a week since I wrote my exam and I am constantly obsessing about the questions that I got wrong, the number of question I marked up (12-15 per block :scared:). My clerkship rotations are about to start soon and I don't think I will be able to perform to the full extent of my abilities until I get my scores back. There is too much resting on this exam like when, where and what I will be doing for the rest of my life. I think I am going crazy.

Does anybody have a rough idea as to how many we need to get right per block to get the average or at least pass step 1?

I don't think anyone can answer that because the test is curved. Every exam is different and depending on whether you get a harder or easier exam that number could vary pretty significantly.
To try to answer your question though, I've heard that passing is usually somewhere in the 60s. I would take that with a big grain of salt.
