So I have been doing a lot of research on federal aid for career changer postbac programs and many people on this site have posted that you can only get a stafford loan for the first year of postbac. This is technically not true. It only is true if you maxed out your stafford loans during ALL 4 years of undergrad. If you did this then you would hit the lifetime undergrad max by the end of the first year of postbac. However, if, for example, you only used a stafford loan for senior year of college, then you could get a stafford loan for year 2 of postbac. I hope this helps.
