Hi,

I am very interested in a Post-bacc program, and have looked at NYU in specific. I already saw their website and the requirements and such, but I wanted to know specifically the length of the program.

Does anyone know how long it is and what is the fastest route to complete the program?

I am guessing it is a year and a half or so, but I wanted to make certain just exactly how long this program is.

If anyone can get back to me regarding this and state what you like about the program/what to expect, I'd be very appreciative.

Thank you!

You take Gen Chem 1 and 2 in the summer, then orgo, bio and physics during the next year. Usually it is one full year (3 semesters) but you can stay on for longer to take higher level classes while you apply to med schools (as long as you pay up)

I am also very interested in the program at NYU.

Can any current students or alums speak to the quality of the program? How are the professors? How is the advising? What is the post bac student community like?

I'd really appreciate any feedback you have.

Thanks!
