ok, so i have to do this poster presentation on a patient i followed during my IM rotation.
its a case presentation...but i have no idea how to do this...
all i know is that its a 5X3 feet poster...

what exactly goes in a case- presentation?
the hospital hase given me a VERY brief outline, and i want to exhaust all the resources before i appear in front of my attending.

if there are any samples, or any online resources on how to make a poster prez, then please share with me.
