Now that I'm in medical school, I want to post my med school personal statement on my blog (and probably on Facebook). Is there any harm in doing so that I can't foresee?

I can't see any reason that it would harm you. If you felt it was shareable to hundreds of adcomms, I hope you didn't put anything in there that you wouldn't want your friends and family members to see.
