I don't have a question about Step 1 per se, but my question is I heard that there have been changes made to the USMLE criteria/cut-offs for disease conditions.

ie: supposedly a normal glucose tolerance test is no longer < 140.


There are a myriad of disease conditions with a whole slew of criteria/cut-offs/numbers for each. I don't want to spend loads of money on review books just to get "updated" numbers? Is a fasting blood glucose of 126 or higher on two separate occasions still diagnostic of DM?

Can we make a comprehensive thread with as many new updated criteria as we can?
