Hello,

For paying fees and other expenses, I was just collecting few ideas and one happens to be Powerball, the lottery with a jackpot.

I am from canada, but I wanted to know if I do win can I claim the prize as it is being sold in US, and is it meant only for residents/ citizens of US to claim?

Responses from knowledgable sources would be of help.
