Good morning all.....

I just wanted, for no particular reason at all, to express how much i enjoy being able to dialogue w/ my fellow RN/PA/NP/MD/SD/etc./etc. here at SDN. Even when the kids get snippy......

No reason.

Just enjoy posting.

And then sorta enjoying that what you post usually stays written pretty much the way you wrote it.

Or if you did mess up or even perhaps somehow find your words strangely and inexplicably mish-mashed together, there's a neat little USER edit button that functions fully for just such a purpose.

I think that's super.

Yep, I have to admit, I am practically enchanted this morning and wanted to share that=====just 'cause!

Be Careful out there😉

Ha, thanks for the ray of sunshine Miss Mab! My last 4 days of 40+ patients/day have worn me down and now I've got bronchitis too 🙁 Thank God for a day off.

40! lightweight....🙂
I just worked the busiest shift on record at my solo gig on a day that the day shift doc didn't show due to illness and no replacement available. 115 pts/24 hrs with a normal daily census there around 70....with most of those seen by me during a 16 hr double....there was a day shift pa from 7a-3p and a few of my pa colleagues took mercy on me and came in for a few hrs to get the waits down to 3 hrs or so but I think I still saw most of that # during the hrs I worked alone....

Hey Primadonna,

Sorry you're having a rough time......Let me be your infectious ball of sunshine today.

I have to admit, being able to take off the last couple of months (I know how irritating) has dramatically improved my outlook.

Though having more time on my hands to read all of our joint frustrations with the wonderful world of healthcare has made me less than eager to jump back into the ER FT.

Ahhh, but today, today I'm feelin' that first ammendment, GB America kinda vibe. Feels enchanting.

Just sayin'.

Again.

For no particular reason.

Oh, Oprah's on.

Be well!!:hardy:
