Anyone know of good websites to practice reading EKG's? Any help would be appreciated.

I love the ecglibrary one... I used that quite a bit to review.

I prefer to study from books. Are there any intermediate level books that I could practice from? Not Dubin's (too easy) and not The Complete Guide to ECGs by O'Keefe (for cardio fellows)? Something in between?

O'Keefe is actually very readable. Check out "12 lead ecg the art of interpretation" by Garcia though. It's definitely the halfway point you're looking for.
