I am graduating in May 2020. I'll get my degree by June 2nd week. I am assuming once I get my degree only then I'll be able to apply for license. So once I apply for Texas state license, in how much time would I get my license in your experience? And medicaid enrollment can that be done before I get my license? I am assuming I cannot practice without Medicaid enrollment. Please guide me with your advise. Thank you
