I know they have actual ITEs for the past 3 years in the ABFM website, but does anyone have or know where to get more past exams? It would be helpful to study more past exams. Thanks!

Personally I would note waste your time. BP and HLD guidelines (to name a few) have changed in the past 3-4 years (JNC 7 -> JNC 8; ATP 3 (Target based) -> ACC/AHA ASCVD (Risk group based)) and older exams might not reflect the currently tested material. Do the currently available ITEs if you want but doing the AAFP system based questions or the "ABFM Exam Prep" app questions should be sufficient.
