I would like to know which practice tests: UW Self assessment or NBME forms predicts your Step 1 score more accurately? I greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I found UW was more realistic but when I took them, the NBME exams had the old format so they were totally different in interface.

Yes, it is different enough to throw off the accuracy of your results.

I never said such a thing. I said it affects the accuracy of your simulation.

i guess not just one question in a different interface would throw you off but the cumulative effect of a different playing field would still be there
