How difficult is it to get a job in Neuro PT after practicing Outpatient Ortho for awhile? Do employers shy away from hiring PTs going from ortho to neuro or the other way around? Or do they prefer PTs who gain experience in a particular area first before practicing Neuro. Specifically, I am interested in strokes and traumatic brain injury.
