Anyone else find oral boards prep weirdly hard to practice? Most resources give you long written answers to read, but the real exam is the opposite: you get a few seconds to commit, and the examiner moves on. Live mock exams help, but they're about $200 apiece and hard to schedule around call.
We built DOME Exams to fix that. You talk through anesthesia cases out loud with an AI examiner while a realistic patient monitor runs. When you finish, you get graded right away on what you said and what you missed. You can practice any time, as many cases as you want, for $49, and there's a 7-day full refund if it's not for you.
I'd honestly love feedback from people preparing for the APPLIED exam on what's useful and what's missing.
Disclosure: I'm one of the founders.

Not a bad idea and price seems like a good deal.

Live mock exams were more painful to arrange and coordinate. I always preferred solo.

I would just read a question and then verbalize my answer out loud. Crucial to actually speak the words as we aren't accustomed to doing that and its easy to trip over yourself.

I think AI, especially if its anesthesia specific, would do great with that
